With effect from September, care will be provided to all pupils as required from 8am to 4pm.  This means there will be no additional charges if parents need to drop off slightly earlier or pick up slightly later. Breakfast club will run from 7:30am to 8am and will include breakfast – cereal, toast, yoghurt, fruit, and a drink. The charges for After School Care will be simplified to two options: 4pm to 5pm provision and 4pm to 6pm provision.

Parents are encouraged to pre-determine their needs and advise us in advance of their requirements e.g. 4-5pm on five days per week, or a different combination of days. Discounted rates are built into the fees for bookings which are made in advance and this will be charged ahead of the relevant term. Ad-hoc bookings will be at a slightly increased rate and will continue to be charged in arrears. Going forward, advance bookings will be charged ahead of the relevant term. For the Autumn term there will be an additional billing run early in the new academic year to accommodate the advance payments. In addition, we will be introducing late pick up fees.

This change is hoped to be of benefit to both the parents and the school.

In the Main school boys may be on site from 8am and can remain in After School Care until 5pm with no additional charges. A breakfast club, including breakfast, is available from 7:30am to 8am for a small charge. Boys will only be allowed on site from 8am to attend breakfast club or music lessons/activities.

Whilst After School care is free from 4pm to 5pm it will need to be booked in advance; a late booking fee will apply for bookings made on the day.

Boys can stay from 5pm to 6pm in our late stay provision with the option of receiving a hot (or cold) tea for which there is a charge. Late pick up fees would apply from 6pm.

All Main school wrap around care fees will continue to be charged in arrears.

If fixtures or activities are cancelled at short notice the boys will be automatically transferred to After School care and no late booking fees will be levied.
