The Main School (ages 8-13)

Increasing academic momentum and preparing for Entrance Exams and Scholarships.

Senior (ages 12-13)

Most boys stay on to enjoy positions of seniority and responsibility from ages 11-13, as they continue to work towards Common Entrance and Scholarship examinations. Small class and tutor group sizes allow the right level of specialist tuition for each boy according to the requirements of their chosen senior level. All boys succeed in gaining 13+ places, some with outstanding scholarship results to top senior schools.

Junior (ages 8-9)

In the Junior stage, the gradual introduction of different subject tutors is an important step in building confidence and flexibility. Our curriculum is broad and balanced, which reflects our commitment to developing early skills in Art, French, Technology and Computing.

Middle (ages 10-11)

The Middle stage at age 10 or at year 5 marks an increase in academic momentum. Subject-based tuition is designed to guide pupils towards Common Entrance, Entrance and Scholarship examinations.
