On Friday 17th November the staff and pupils at St. Martin’s School in Northwood, had fun dressing up as their favourite superheroes.
During an afternoon assembly, the whole school of 400 pupils aged between 3 – 13 years, participated in the Superman dance. Afterwards the boys participated in a superheroes quiz.
The events were organised by the charity coordinator Susan Williams who said, “It was great seeing all the boys and staff dressed up and so involved, having such a good time and all for such a worthy cause.” So far over £1000 has been raised for the Michael Sobell Hospice. This is the school’s chosen charity this academic year as the Michael Sobell Hospice celebrates 40 years in the community.Return to news
