Reception
Year 1 & 2
*Nursery fees are for full-time attendance. If you wish your child to start with reduced sessions, please discuss this with our Admissions team.
As part of our commitment to offering a transparent and competitive fee structure, we are pleased to include extended after-school provision as standard. All boys may attend from 8:00am to 5:00pm without incurring any additional cost. We also offer a complimentary daily shuttle service to and from Northwood College, with plans to expand our transport offering further.
Please note that Nursery fees and Wraparound Care fees remain VAT-exempt. Lunch costs are included in the fee total but will be shown as a separate line item on invoices. The school remains a registered provider of Early Years education funding for eligible 3 and 4 year-olds.

Wraparound Care: Nursery to Year 2
Extended Care - 08:00 to 17:00
No additional cost
Breakfast Club - 07:30 - 08:00
A freshly cooked hot option each day, with a full cooked breakfast on a Friday. There is also a choice of cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt and toast options.
Late Stay - 17:00 to 18:00
A healthy hot or cold tea option is available for a small additional fee.
Late Pick-Up - after 18:00
£5 every 5 minutes

Free Early Education Entitlement
Free Early Education Entitlement - Up to 15 hours
All boys in the Nursery and in Reception Class, up to and including the term in which they turn 5, are entitled to additional funding from the Free Early Education Entitlement (FEEE) scheme via Hillingdon Council.
St Martin's School participates in the scheme and claims back 15 hours at a pre-agreed rate from the Local Authority, which is deducted from your termly fee bill. This reduces the fee payable by £3,300 across the year, averaging £1,100 per term.
Children aged three and four years old can claim their funded hours at St Martin's School from the term after their third birthday. EYE funded hours can be claimed against all hours that our nursery is open, from 08:00 to 16:00 during term time. Early Years Funding (EYE) hours are accepted up to 15 free hours.
Childcare Vouchers
Childcare vouchers / Government tax free childcare scheme:
School fees can be paid by the tax-free childcare scheme (or childcare vouchers) up to and including the term in which your son turns 5, and for all before and after school care and activity camps until your son turns 12. This enables you a 20% discount on these elements whilst you are eligible.
Please note: Restrictions apply on how much tax-free childcare you can access.
